Prohibited Items
- Food/drink containers, bottles, cans,
thermoses, ice bags, ice chests, any artificial noise making device, large cameras, flags,
umbrellas, back packs, carry bags, video cameras/cases or any items deemed hazardous by
game management personnel will not be allowed inside the stadium. Law enforcement
officials will have the right to inspect any item at any time.
- The consumption of alcoholic beverages is
prohibited.
- Chairbacks larger than a single seat are
prohibited.
- Umbrellas may be checked in gates 3 and 14
for reclaim immediately after the game.
- Authorities are allowed to inspect patrons
entering the stadium for the purpose of spectator safety.
Fan Safety Policy
- The University Athletic Association
prohibits the throwing of any objects in the stands, including paper and plastic cups.
Individuals found violating this policy will be removed from the stadium and could forfeit
their season ticket privileges. Students involved in such activities or other disruptive
behavior (e.g., fight,verbal abuse), will also be subject to disciplinary action through
the Office of Student Services. Non-students, while not affected by the Student Conduct
Code, are subject to arrest and prosecution under applicable laws and state statutes. Any
block seating group found violating this policy is subject to losing its group seating
privileges for the remainder of the year.
- The University Athletic Association reserves
the right to remove the ticket holder from the premises if in the sole opinion of the
security personnel his or her conduct endangers or disrupts the players, coaches,
officials, or other patrons.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is prohibited in all areas of Ben
Hill Griffin Stadium with the exception of the designated smoking areas located in the
North and South End Zones.
Lost and Found Information
- Lost and found articles should be reported
or turned into UAA Switchboard between Gate 1 and Gate 2 on the West side of the stadium.
Gator Sports Shops and Souvenir Stands
- There are two Gator Sports Shops located in
the stadium and are open all day on game day. They are located in the North End Zone next
to Gate 8, and in the South End Zone next to Gate 18.
- Gator souvenir stands are located throughout
the main concourse areas of the stadium, and feature some items not available at the Gator
Sport Shops.
Announcements
- Stadium PA will be used only in the event of
medical emergencies. Announcements must be cleared through stadium operations @ 375-GoUF.
Gate Information
- Entry into the stadium will take longer due
to tightened security measures at each gate. Fans are urged to arrive early. Gates open 90
minutes prior to kickoff. Gate 17 will now be used as a service gate only. Fans using this
gate in the past must use alternate gates for entry.
- Fans are encouraged to arrive early to avoid
delays at gates due to construction and security measures.
Banner Policy
- All banners must be in good taste, must not
promote or endorse a political candidate or cause, and not contain any grotesque or
suggestive expressions that reflect negatively upon the University of Florida. Banners
cannot cover existing signs inside of the stadium. e.g., "This is Gator
Country". Banners are not permitted on the overhang areas in the North and South end
zone. Flags, banners, poles will not be allowed in the seating area of the stadium.
- All banners are subject to the approval of
stadium management and may be removed at any time if deemed inappropriate.
GATOR TICKET INFORMATION
- Will call ticket sales at Gate 1, O'Connell
Center. (Will call Gate opens 3 hours before kick-off.)
- The University Athletic Association reserves
the right to change the date(s) and starting time(s) of the game. These changes will not
entitle the ticket holder to a refund.
- The University Athletic Association is not
responsible for lost, stolen, or destroyed tickets. This applies to tickets left at home
on game day.
- Every person entering the stadium must have
a ticket regardless of age. This includes infants.
GENERAL SEATING INFORMATION
- Seat Numbers: All seats in the stadium are
numbered. As you look at the playing field from right to left, low seat numbers are to the
left of each section, with the higher numbers going to your right. An aisle splits each
section. Thus to the north of the 50 yard line, the high numbers will be closest to
mid-field. To the south, low numbers will be.
RE-ENTRY POLICY
- If you leave the stadium after your game
ticket has been torn, you WILL NOT be permitted to re-enter the stadium. Medical
and other special requests for re-entry will be handled by customer service personnel at
Gates 2 and 14.
BLOCK SEATING
- Students are reminded that the block seating
arrangement in the stadium is analyzed each game. Locations of each group is recorded and
distributed to game management personnel. Failure to comply with stadium policy could
result in the elimination of block seating.

First Aid Stations
- South End Zone _ Second level Concourse
behind Section 53.
- North End Zone _ Centrally located on each
level.
- East Stands _ Lower concourse between Gates
13 and 14.
- West Stands _ Lower concourse inside Gate 2.
PHYSICIANS AND EMERGENCY PERSONNEL
- Physicians and Emergency medical personnel
are available at the First Aid stations to respond to emergency medical needs.
HANDICAP SERVICES
- Wheelchair seating is designated in the
North and South End Zones on the lower concourse level. Parking is located at the north
end of Ben Hill Griffin Stadium. You must have a valid handicap parking placard. Parking
is first some first served.

CAMPUS PARKING
All decal restrictions are lifted. Reserved
RV parking is in the large, and small commuter lots and Pony Field Lot starting at 6 p.m.
on Friday before the game. Best bet for late arrival parking is the garage on North/South
Drive and Cancer Center lot. Garage 600 spaces
PARK & RIDE
Gainesville Regional Transit will provide
shuttle service from the Oaks Mall, the downtown plaza and the UF Hotel and Conference
Center. The downtown lots and garage are open on game days. All shuttle buses are handicap
accessible.
POST-GAME TRAFFIC
When leaving campus on SW 13th Street avoid
SW 16th Avenue and instead divert to Williston Road, then west to I-75. SW 2nd Avenue and
North-South Drive change to one way after games.
